Devine During Crisis

The beginning of 2021 has not been much different than 2020. The recent winter storm caused power outages, lost water, and freezing temperatures throughout Texas. It was unexpected and everyone had to do the best they could to make it through the week. We wanted to discuss what we were able to do for our clients during this difficult time.

Obviously, everyone from our staff was at home trying to stay warm and keeping safe. Like many of you, not all of our staff had power, so those who did made sure that top priority items, such as payroll, were done for our clients. We took this time to really come together as a team and make sure our clients’ top priorities were taken care of. We met over whatever technology was available at that time and prioritized items such as payroll first. Those who could reached out to our customers to find out anything they needed done. This put us behind on other monthly tasks, but we are already caught back up and moving forward. Other things may be a little slower to get done but we do our best to always ensure our clients are taken care of.

During any crisis this is always what we want to do. Our top priority is always taking care of our staff and making sure everyone is safe. Then we want to ensure we are taking care of the top priority items for our clients. We work together as a team to ensure we can get those items done.

Throughout any type of crisis, it is always important to know that the outsourced company that you work with will be there for your business the best they can. And that is what we do here at Devine.
