FRANK from devine consultingWe know you have seen and heard a lot about FRANK. From our “Let’s Be FRANK” video series on our website and on our social media pages, FRANK is very popular. So today we thought it would be good to talk to you about who FRANK is, what he represents and why he is important to us.

FRANK started off as the name for the flamingo in our logo and has evolved to be the mascot for our team. FRANK is a stuffed flamingo that was given to Jennifer by our Project Manager, Stephanie, and he has grown from there. He has been taken on conference trips, photoshoots and hangs out with our team. But FRANK is more than just a stuffed flamingo, he represents our company’s values.

We always strive to be at the top of our game and our values embody who we are as a company and as a team. We came up with the FRANK acronym to help represent them.

This is who we are as teammates and to our clients. Why is this important? Because we are a key part to helping make a business successful and we want to be accountable for the role we play.

Jennifer Devine

I'm an experienced finance professional with more than 20 years of experience. I've held several Controller positions throughout my career, most notably with an internationally respected commercial real estate investment, management, and brokerage firm. In this role, I was responsible for all aspects of accounting across the company's many operational divisions - including internet services, real estate development, property management, and brokerage services. As our company operated in multiple countries and currencies, it was essential to me that all financial reports were accurate and compliant.
